How Does It Work?

The Diet
During Phase I of the HA2CG diet program caloric intake is restricted to 500 calories. Normally a person's body would go into “starvation mode” on only 500 calories a day and begin burning muscle, however, because the HA2CG releases “abnormal fat" for use by the body, lean muscle and critical vitamins and minerals are preserved.

Although it is common to feel mild hunger during the first few days, by the end of the first week your hypothalamus will adjust your metabolic rate so that you will feel as if you are stuffing yourself to reach your 500 calories per day!
Maximizing the Benefits
The HA2CG diet requires incredible discipline. Sticking to the diet is essential. Drinking enough water (1/2 gallon daily) is also important to ensure that your body is flushing the burnt fat away.
The HA2CG program can be used in conjunction with an appetite suppressant, and we will be happy to assist with that determination. This hormone program is appropriate for anyone, men and women, who have at least 12 pounds to lose. It is not for women who are nursing or pregnant.
Side Effects
